Medical Radiography Program

Become a Medical Radiographer by attending our Medical Radiography associate degree program and be at the heart of helping medical professionals identify a vast range of medical illnesses and conditions. From broken bones to heart problems, the medical radiographer provides the pictures needed to diagnose illnesses. As the radiographer, it is your responsibility to help patients understand this diagnostic imaging process, as well as to get them physically prepared by positioning their body so that needed images can be captured correctly. You will learn to use diagnostic level radiation and instrumentation to obtain these important images of the human body. Once these images are received and brought to the attention of a physician to be interpreted, a patient can enter into a healing process.

Students enrolled in our Medical Radiography program receive the pertinent hands-on training and experience needed to be successful in a position as an entry-level medical radiographer.
